BROOKLYN, Northward.Y., Sept. 29, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- The Family Health Centers at NYU Langone in Dusk Park, Brooklyn, has been awarded a $24 1000000 federal grant through the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 to advance COVID-19 vaccination and education and aggrandize admission to high-quality comprehensive care in some of New York Metropolis's everyman-income neighborhoods.

The Family Wellness Centers at NYU Langone in Dusk Park, Brooklyn, has been awarded a $24 million federal grant through the American Rescue Programme Act of 2021 to advance COVID-xix vaccination and educational activity and expand access to loftier-quality comprehensive care.

The 2-twelvemonth grant is part of a $350 billion relief package allocated to country and local governments to help individuals and businesses during the COVID-xix pandemic. The grant to the Family Health Centers is the second largest in New York Land, where 63 Federally Qualified Health Centers received funds to bolster community-based healthcare.
